Welcome to Mountain Laurel Woodworks, LLC.

Mountain Laurel Woodworks, LLC was launched in 2017 when owners Tom and Jen Timmermann chose to open Tom’s creative outlet to the world. As an artist for decades, Tom fuses his background in painting and drawing with the lathe and chisels to create distinctive, rare wood creations.  

Since our launch, we’ve opened our Etsy store and grown our network to include 7 retail partners throughout Kentucky. We take pride in sourcing our wood locally and then allowing it to speak to us in terms of design and final form. Some of our favorite custom orders are those crafted from heirloom wood that will continue to tell a story for generations to come.
